As a Process Associate, Voice & Chat, your roles & responsibilities include:

  • Your responses should be precise and incident specific with clear step by step solutions and cases that remain unresolved should be escalated as required.

  • Follow set quality parameters such as First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), or Matthew TAT (turnaround time)
  • Log every customer interaction in the CRM tool for auditing and the next steps.

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal technical or operations teams to enable the long term resolution of issues.
  • Attend weekly sessions on knowledge sharing and quarterly performance reviews.

Learning & Upskilling
